We are currently working to bring authentic South African Fynbos honey to the Buckeye Honey Badgers community! Harvested from bushveld and produced by bees foraging among the diverse native plants of the fynbos biome, this honey is known for its rich character and natural purity.
Sourced directly from South Africa and bottled with care, this 100% organic honey connects the story of the honey badgers to the land they call home. We look forward to sharing a taste of the wild with you soon!
Volunteer Form
Buckeye Honey Badgers is preparing to launch a volunteer program for individuals who want to play a meaningful role in the work we’re building. We believe that great ideas and impact come from people with many different talents — from photographers and videographers to researchers, legal minds, animal lovers, and creative thinkers.
Our upcoming volunteer form will allow us to learn more about your skills, passions, and how you believe you could contribute. If you have a unique area of expertise — even one that might seem unconventional — we’d love to hear about it.

Honey Badgers Need Love Too is an upcoming children’s book from Buckeye Honey Badgers that brings readers into the wild landscapes of South Africa alongside Aaron, his daughter Hannah, and the unforgettable honey badger, Thys.
Through adventure, humor, and meaningful moments with one of the most fearless animals in the world, the story explores an unexpected truth: even the strongest creatures need care, patience, and understanding. Blending wildlife storytelling with lessons about courage, character, and respect for the natural world, this project aims to inspire young readers to see the wild — and each other — a little differently.
